US Customer Information


US shipping is available to all destinations including non-continental US, residential, military, and rural locations.


Shipping to the USA is a standard rate of $24 CAD. Actual rate is converted to USD based on current currency conversion rates.

Items are shipped Tracked Packet via Canada Post/USPS. Allow up to 72 business hours for order processing. Shipping time to the US is approximately 7–12 business days and does not include customs processing.


Orders under $800 USD are generally duty free.  Orders over $800 may be subject to customs/duties upon delivery. Below The Belt is not responsible for any or all duties, if applicable.


A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking is emailed once your order is shipped. This tracking number is used by both Canada Post and USPS and can be tracked with either service. 


Start the return process by submitting a return label request

At this time, we are only able to provide return labels for customers residing in Canada. Customers residing outside of Canada are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. Please submit a return notification so we may expect your return. Only returns made through USPS will be accepted, returns made through other shipping services will be refused. Packages will be shipped cross-­border to Canada. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. 

Returns are subject to currency conversation and rates fluctuate daily. Return value may not match original payment amount.

*RETURN DETAILS: Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. No refunds or exchanges on paddle boards, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, earrings, or health and beauty products including hand sanitizer. Original shipping charges are non-­refundable. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment and are processed when the package arrives at our facility. Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only. Items purchased after October 1 are eligible for return or exchange until the following 14th of January. Price matching is not available for purchases which are later included in any special promotions, including Black Friday or Boxing Week promotions.
