FREE IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For fast and FREE returns or exchanges of an online purchase, visit your local store within 21 days of delivery date. Proof of purchase is required for in-store returns and exchanges. Items which are gifted require a proof of purchase to be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges are issued to a Gift Card and are then only valid for in-store purchases. Gift Cards are not valid online.
MAIL-IN RETURNS
Refund (minus return shipping) are issued to the original method of payment. Include a copy of the Packing Slip and ensure items are in the original, unworn and unwashed condition.
Submit a request to start the return process for online purchases within 21 days of delivery date.
A return shipping fee of $12 + tax is deducted for all Canadian mail returns.
At this time, we are only able to provide return labels for customers residing in Canada. Customers residing outside of Canada are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. See our information for US Customers for more information on returning an item from the US.
Original shipping charge is non-refundable. Mail returns may take up to 5 business day to process after arriving at Below The Belt's facility.
RETURN DETAILS
Items purchased from October 1, 2022- December 24th, 2022 are eligible for return or exchange until January 14, 2023.
*Items may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition. Order Confirmation or in-store receipt required for all returns.
Online orders can be returned to any Below The Belt Store or returned via mail. Store purchases are only accepted in-store.
No refunds or exchanges on:
- Some Yeti products (marked as final sale)
- Face masks
- Paddle boards
- Underwear
- Bodysuits
- Shady Lady swimwear
- Health and beauty products including hand sanitizer
- Gift cards
Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Price matching is not available for purchases which are later included in any other special promotions including but not limited to Flash Sales, Black Friday, Boxing Day promotions, etc.
