DELIVERY TIMELINES

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping fees will not be refunded if package arrives after estimated delivery date. Allow up to 72 business hours for processing. Priority shipping may not be available depending on your address.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Below The Belt ships to any APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box address within Canada. PO Box information must be provided should your address include one.

Most orders will ship from a single location. However, we will occasionally ship from multiple locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order are shipped from multiple locations, we will send you tracking information for each package as they become available.

US CUSTOMERS

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you provide the wrong shipping address, please update your information here as soon as possible to attempt to correct the address. Once the package is shipped we can't guarantee that Canada Post will be able to change the delivery address. There may be a fee to correct the address once it has left our shipping facility and is in transit with Canada Post. If the item has already arrived back at our facility marked "return to sender" there may be additional shipping charges required to re-ship your package.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking. Tracking information is available using the Canada Post Tracking Tool.
