- FREE Canada Post Expedited Shipping for orders over $75
- Orders below $75 (before tax and after discounts) are a flat rate of $12 for Canada Post Expedited Shipping..
- Purolator Ground Shipping available for an additional fee. Please note Purolator is unable to ship to PO Boxes or remote addresses.
- We typically take 24 hours to process and ship an order but can take up to 3 business days. Once shipped orders may take 8-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination.
*Delivery may take longer then expected and do not qualify for shipping refunds if package arrives after expected date. No refunds or replacements are available for packages which are lost or stolen after delivery.
- Canada Post shipments are tracked using the Canada Post Tracking Tool
- Purolator shipments are tracked using the Purolator Tracking Tool
- US bound shipments can use the Canada Post Tracking Tool or the USPS Tracking Tool
Your Shipping Notification email(s) contains the tracking number of your package. Please refer to it for the relevant shipping details.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you provide the wrong shipping address, pleaseĀ update your information hereĀ as soon as possible.
Once the package(s) have shipped, we cannot guarantee a successful address update. If a change is needed after the package(s) have left our facility and are in transit, a $15 fee may apply to correct the address.
If the package has been returned to our facility due to address error/return to sender, there may be additional shipping charges to resend your package.
