Shipping

• FREE Ground Shipping available on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts) to most Canadian provinces. We will choose the shipping service that will work best for your shipping address.
• Orders below $75 (before tax and after discounts) are a flat rate of $12 plus tax for Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
• Want it faster? Purolator Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $16 plus tax to most Canadian provinces.
• Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territory are a $16 plus tax flat rate for Canada Post Expedited Shipping. For Purolator Ground a flat rate of $20 plus tax applies.

*Delivery may take longer to remote destinations and do not qualify for shipping refunds if package arrives after expected date. No refunds or replacements are available for packages which are lost or stolen after delivery.

USA Shipping: $24 CAD (exact amount may differ based on exchange rate)

Shipping to the USA takes approximately 7–14 business days and does not include customs processing. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping times to non-continental US will vary and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued due to delays from force majeure/labour negotiations or weather delays.

Shipping transit time does not include order process time. It may take up to 72 business hours to process your order.

Your Shipping Notification email(s) contains the tracking number of your package. Please refer to it for the relevant shipping details.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you provide the wrong shipping address, please update your information here as soon as possible.

Once the package(s) have shipped, we cannot guarantee a successful address update. If a change is needed after the package(s) have left our facility and are in transit, a $15 fee may apply to correct the address.

If the package has been returned to our facility due to address error/return to sender, there may be additional shipping charges to resend your package.
