Terms and Conditions - Gift Card
Below The Belt Gift card may be used online at www.belowthebelt.com or at any Below The Belt / Street store in Canada. Amount of purchase will be deducted from the available value on the card. You may continue to use this Gift Card until value reaches zero. Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. No portion of your Gift Card Balance may be transferred to another account.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Below The Belt is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, or your Gift Card Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. Below The Belt has the right to void Gift Cards or any other component of your Gift Card Balance, close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, tampered with, edited, copied, used or applied to a Gift Card account fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. No fees apply to Gift Cards.
