Find your store at www.belowthebelt.com/pages/stores. No additional charges! Simply bring in your item(s) along with your printed receipt*
OPTION 2: MAIL-IN
MAIL-IN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Email email@example.com to start the return/exchange process. Please include the invoice number, the item # being returned, your name, phone number & email address.
Items purchased within a Below The Belt store must be returned to a physical store location in order to receive a refund/exchange*
*The following return policy applies to online purchases only, in-store purchases are subject to a different return policy you may find on the bottom of your receipt from your in-store purchase. Items may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition. Invoice required for full refund. No refunds or exchanges on underwear & bodysuits. No returns on Gift Cards. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds (less any return shipping costs) will be issued via the original method of payment. While we process the return right away it could take up to 5 business days to show on your online banking once the return has been processed depending on your bank. Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only. Items purchased as Christmas gifts after October 1 are eligible for an extended return or exchange period until the following January 14th. Price matching is not available for purchases which are later included in any other special promotions/flash sales, including Black Friday or Boxing Week promotions.
