OPTION 1: IN-STORE
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The fastest and easiest way to return or exchange an online purchase is by visiting your local store.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No additional charges for in-store returns. Simply bring your item(s) along with your Order Confirmation*
Refunds are issued via the original method of payment. Exchanges issued to a Gift Card are only valid in-store. Gift Cards are not valid online.
OPTION 2: MAIL-IN
Submit a request to start the return process for online purchases.
A return shipping fee of $12 + tax is deducted for all Canadian mail returns.
US mail returns are mailed and paid directly by the customer. See the US Return Policy for more information.
Original shipping charge is non-refundable. Refund (minus return shipping) are issued via the original method of payment when the package is received at Below The Belt.
*Items may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition. Invoice required for full refund.
No refunds or exchanges on:
* Face masks
* Paddle boards
* Health and beauty products including hand sanitizer
* Gift cards
Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only.
Items purchased as Christmas gifts after October 1 are eligible for return or exchange until the following 14th of January. Price matching is not available for purchases which are later included in any other special promotions including but not limited to Black Friday or Boxing Day promotions.
